Wellness / Sick Visit

A wellness visit with one of our licensed nurse practitioners involves a focused evaluation of your health concern to determine the most appropriate treatment. During the appointment, your provider will review your medical history and current symptoms, perform a physical examination if needed, ask questions about your condition, lifestyle, and any medications or supplements you’re currently taking, and discuss treatment options — providing a prescription if appropriate. Nurse practitioners are licensed healthcare providers with advanced clinical training who are qualified to diagnose conditions, order and interpret tests, and prescribe medications. They will also provide education on how to take your medication safely, discuss possible side effects, and schedule follow-up care as needed.
